KYV FARM is a certified organic family farm and CSA/Market garden located in a heavily developed area in Northwest of St. Johns County in Northeast Florida; founded and actively run by Francisco Arroyo and Vivian Bayona.
Their mission is to provide a fresh and healthy alternative for the community. They use only sustainable and organic farming methods with no chemical pesticides or fertilizers. The farm produces over 60 different varieties of certified organic vegetables, fruits and herbs, without conventional pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Their farming practices include; crop rotation, use of cover crops as green manure; compost and mulches; use of proven organic seeds; sustainable irrigation systems; use of cold frames to start and extend their growing season.
KYV Farm certified organic produce is available directly to the local community in season, fall through spring, at farmers market and through a community supported agriculture (CSA) farm membership program.
