T & E Farms Inc. is a family-owned and operated farm, made up of many groves through out Central Florida totaling about three hundred acres.  In addition to their own land they also contract about another 1000 acres.  These groves supply a large array of specialty citrus fruits (see below). Currently one of the largest organic citrus marketers in the state of Florida, the company both grows and markets organic citrus and juices. Tim Ford, the owner of  T and E Farms Inc. says:

Tim Ford groves utilize the Ford's unique 'Farm Plan' in order to maintain the required high standards, creating the best quality fruit available.  So often the Organic Orange Groves in Florida are just fruit from abandoned groves and are Organic by neglect. Tim has worked his groves to a strict Organic program.

Tim Ford owns Pembroke Packing Inc which is the packing shed that packs and provides the name for the marketed fruit. With this newly improved packing shed, Tim Ford has created an efficient and effective organic packing shed, essential for the huge diversity of citrus types that are packed at this facility.  Pembroke packing packs all its bagged Citrus under the “Tim’s Best” label.
