CEVAJ Farms
CEVAJ farms are a family owned and operated farm, and has been
dedicated to the production of premium Concord Grapes for nearly
100 years. It was this dedication, along with growing concern
for the environment that led to the decision in 2002 to begin
production and management using accepted organic practices. Today
all the Grapes grown on CEVAJ vines are organically grown.
The location of CEVAJ farms between the Southeast shore of Lake
Erie and the ridge known as the Southern Tier, presents wonderful
growing opportunities. This area is known for its unique
micro climate that offers an ideal environment for the growing
of Concord Grapes.
